Tim Edmunds
Tim, ESP's Managing Director and founder of the company, has over 20 years experience in the financial sector. This includes working for a major bank and various international insurance companies where his work involved tax reduction planning using a number of insurance based products.

From here Tim joined a financial brokerage company where he was given the responsibility of developing accountancy connections and providing clients with tax efficient plans and proposals.

When the Disclosure of Tax Avoidance Scheme Rules were introduced in 2004 Tim realised that there was a pressing need for a specialised, bespoke service to act as 'broker' for busy accountancy practices and thus, in 2005, ESP Strategies was launched (and continues to go from strength to strength).

Tim spends much of his time researching both new sources of tax products, which may be offered by new or alternative tax consultancy companies, or new schemes which may be offered by existing providers. As he says, time spent in thorough research is never wasted as it means he can offer the best available products to ESP's  clients with confidence, saving the hard pressed accountant both time and money.
